I was charged an extra day for returning the trailer one hour late. I called early and let them know I was running late and they said it wasn’t a problem, then proceeded to charge me an additional day. It was thanksgiving and there was no demand and they weren’t busy.nnUpdate, I called them and explained the situation to the manager and was reimbursed for the extra charge. So I’ll give the overall experience a 4. The pick and drop off the guys were real nice. My initial call back to the store was when i was told about the extra charge and there was nothing they could do about it.
