was waiting for this truck that did not show up and they did not answer my phone calls txt and voicemail that was a very bad experience i am not advising to use this company if you are waiting for someone responsible!
Very dishonest. Did not show up at the time we agreed, made us move the next day, and charged us extra! Takes exra jobs on the fly even when it means leaving you hanging.
Great movers. Very helpful and quick
The worst. We worked out a price for a small move. They never came. I called and they kept telling me they would come that day and kept moving up the time. Finally, they said they couldn't come, but would come the next day. The next day, same thing. You can't leave a message because their voice mailbox is always full. This company is not at all reputable. Beware! I lost two days of work waiting for this company that never shows. They are always in NY and say they'll call when they are an hour away, but never come and never call. If I could, I would rate them as a minus. Do not use them - you will lost time and your things will not get moved.
Very very happy with the service provided. They showed up promptly at 8 a.m. and moved everything so quickly and securely that before we knew it everything was in the truck. Not only was there no complaining but the movers went out of their way to help with boxes that hadn't been properly closed.nnThe unpacking was just as fast and yet they were very careful to leave no scratches or damage of any kind. One of our beds was broken and they all worked together for almost a half an hour twisting the frame back into shape and screwing it all together.nnHighly recommended if you want good, fast, efficient, zero-complaints movers.
