They were so easy to work with and very nice! The crews we had were amazing and would definitely recommend them!! Very hardworking young men and management was very helpful and always communicated well with me!! They really made the move much easier. I have to admit this move was extremely bad. I’ve used you guys before to move into 2 different places prior to this latest move.nnMy move was originally slated for Friday from 12-5 PM arrival window. Team never contacted me during this day until 6:45 PM and asked if I wanted to work through the night to get moved. My building had reserved my elevators from 12-5pm. I declined and asked to be first move on Saturday.nnSaturday comes and the team couldn’t find parking- hours passed with nothing happening but my timer had started at 9:30. One team member stayed in the apartment and wrapped a stool for 30 minutes. I was wondering where the others were and went looking for them. I find them chatting outside and not actively moving my stuff out.nnI have a 700 sq ft apartment, not a lot of stuff. It took them from 9:30 am to 3pm to move everything into my new place about 12 minutes away. I ended up paying 1100 dollars for this move that was quoted to not even take 2 hours. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I could’ve moved this myself in 2 hours - but I thought I was saving stress and time doing it this way.nnNeed to make this right, this cannot be how you want to present your business.
Everything was great! Making the reservation was super easy. They were very friendly and very helpful, willing to answer all my questions (and I had a lot) They explain to you upfront what the charges will be and how everything works. There are no hidden fees at all. I've never used a moving company before but based on the experience I had with them, I will definitely do it again. This is money well spent!! When the movers, Miguel Bernal and his team, got to my place they were very friendly and they adapted so well to what was happening in my building with the elevators. They were very efficient, fast and treated all my things very carefully. If you are trying to decide who to hire, you should definitely give them a call, they were awesome! You should ask for Miguel Bernal and his team because i know for sure that you'd be very pleased with them!
These guys were amazing!! I was not even close to ready to move when they showed up. This team jumped to work, and got it done. They worked fast and efficient. They did an amazing job with our antique furniture and fragile items. Special thanks to the team lead Alec Henderson who kept everything moving smoothly. Would definitely use these guys again!
Francisco and his team were on time, energetic and took great care of our things. Francisco called to let us know their arrival time and arrived right when they said they would. (Chris even called during things to check in.) The communication was great from start to finish.nThis is the first time we’ve used movers and if we ever move again, we will definitely be using All My Sons! It was absolutely worth it to hire this team. Thank you for all of your hard work!
