Make sure to move out by the 1st, they will charge you full month even if you move out on the second. They do not prorate either. Also no 30 day notice, just move before the 1st. Other than that, the place does it job. It’s an expensive storage unit. There is a couple more on the same street for cheaper worth checking out!
I was looking for a place to store some older wood/glass furniture passed down from my family from the1800’s. The fact this facility was heated and cooled caught my attention. Ray is very friendly and attentive; he made sure the process was smooth and stress free. He even made sure the storage unit was proper size and showed me which one I would be using. The accessibility from the moving truck to the elevator was wide open and accommodating, even with another car there. I had asked about storing my sons speed boat and RV for the winter and couldn’t believe the deal I got. All around this experience has been one the best I’ve had in years. I want to give Ray a big Thanks for being so patient with me and my confused self.
Ray, is a great guy. He always calls me an reminds me to pay my bill. I really like that type of customer service.! See Ray, he's the best.!
