This company cannot coordinate appropriately. Delivery drivers give courtesy calls to reschedule for next day only to find out he cannot schedule and company wants to reschedule for the following week. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I’m put on hold indefinitely. I call the driver to understand why give me wrong information and he says he is just the driver then hangs up. Terrible coordination and terrible customer resolution response. Terrible.
