Life storage in Brick on Jordan Road is the place to store your personal items Tara Gates the store manager is more accommodating than I ever expected. Pack rat no showed with our pod and our movers were coming in three hours. We literally had no place to go. We drove to life storage and Tara found us two units within a matter of minutes. Myself and my girlfriend were so nervous because we had no place to put an entire house worth of furniture & personal belongings.We are so thankful to life storage and Tara Gates. Was able to book a last minute Uhaul online, got to the facility but was having issues with the online rental process. Tara must have noticed I was struggling because she came outside and offered to check me in on her computer. She was very friendly and I thank her for her customer service.
Lisa was great. She answered all my questions and followed up with me by calling back. She called back several times to let me know she closed out my one unit and credited my other storage unit. A+ service. Highly recommended.
Very good costumer service. Store is super organized you can find anything you need and prices are very good too.
Clean and we'll maintained. That's important. Staff pleasant and helpful. Definitely should be your first choice if you need storage space
