Manager at this location is a perfect example of what a lazy poor customer service leader looks like had issue i was trying to resolve and the manager would not help she just kept telling me to call another store or talk to customer service. Called another location they were glad to help and help me resolve my issues Ashley at the Tacoma location was super helpful and way better leadership maybe if this store brought David. Back as a leader it would be more successful all i gotta say is work on your customer service what ever is the girl manager at this location name she also refuse to give me her bosses email or number what a joke of a leader. Wish i could give this 0stars

I talked to a young lady by the name of Dee Dee at RAC and she and her fellow employee we're very polite informative and just plain pleasurable. Hardly ever meet such nice people. So if you need to run something I'd say go there.

So after an application process that was much more difficult than I anticipated I was sold a 'unboxed floor model' laptop at the same price as a new one. Not a huge big deal I didn't think but the laptop turned out to be unusable because the software hadn't been updated since 2015 and it was laden with viruses. It took 2 days just to clean up the system so that it was useable again. Not a very good experience.
