Marcus, Christian and everyone was awesome and so polite. We ran into some issues with porting but they worked tirelessly to fix it so all my devices were working as they should before we left. You can’t go wrong with the crew working there.

My son is active duty, and just recently left for Japan for three years. After speaking with others, Sprint was the way to go. Knowing we had six lines to transfer over, I knew it would take a good chunk of time. I called not too long before closing and spoke with Markus, who said he would be happy to help and to come on in. From the moment we walked in the door, he was super helpful.nnWe ended up spending quite a bit of time after closing to get this all done, and he did not even think twice about staying there until it was all done. He was so incredibly patient answering all of my questions/concerns. He was very detailed oriented and reviewed everything a couple times to make sure it was correct and he wasn't missing anything.nnSince then, Markus has checked in with us, and has made himself available whenever I have needed anything. I had a lot of questions with international availability due to my son going overseas. Again, he answered any questions or made sure we were connected with the right people to get exactly what we needed.nnTrue customer service does not exist as much anymore, unfortunately. Markus is definitely an exception to that! He was super kind throughout the entire process and beyond. More companies need employees like him! Anyone I refer there will be to him directly.nnThank you Markus! Switching cell phone carriers is never fun, but you made it as pleasant as can be. You're a rockstar!

Went in with my boyfriend to find about our plan and Billy was very helpful and very friendly. Great customer service I would go back again.
