This place has everything a musician needs and they have the best repairman DK. The staff are friendly and courteous and the store is clean and easy to navigate. Be prepared to wait in line but maybe catch an off day or time and be able to get some hand sanitizer and then walk on in. I kinda like the Covid treatment as you get prompt friendly customer service without walking around for a while waiting for someone to help you.

One of the worst COVID-19 shopping experiences I've had. The employee snickered at me when I declined their hand sanitizer. Their business has no right to tell me what I should put on my hands. I would have used a local business but the warranty at Guitar Center is way better. The employee asked me why I didn't want to use the hand sanitizer. I expressed that I don't need to tell him anything and I'm not sure on your brand of sanitizer you all are using. They are now are using lysol but on Saturday it was some random bottle. I told the employee I don't want to die because you guys use cheap sanitizer and he makes a joke with another employee about drinking it, is the only way to die. I will take guitar advice from the employees that work here but not medical or hand sanitizer advice. Stop making it so hard to spend my money at your store because of your horrible COVID-19 produces. Is a pandemic a reason to lose customer service? Guitar Center believes so. Only shop here if you have to. I thought musicians were cool but these washed up med school dropouts / musicians that never made it need to chill out.

Worst customer service I’ve encountered.nI wanted to exchange a 1 day old instrument with a receipt because I was not happy with the build/ sound quality.nI was argued with and the older white haired associate made quite a scene because we differed in opinion. He was a bully & belittling. I think, as with any art, you can have differences in opinion of what you believe is good, it’s pretty subjective.nIt does not give you the right to treat a client in such a demeaning way.nIt makes me want to return the instrument, amp, chords, tuner, totaling $400 and buy from an establishment that appreciates my business.nGiving myself 48 hrs. to cool down. I really hope as a company you can train this gentleman in not only customer service but manners.

Great staff that is knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a budget and they helped me get the best quality for the lowest price. I will continue to support them.

Where do I start? First off, this store looks like they are trying to go out of business. Dirty and displays falling apart.nnCustomer service? Yeah, that's pretty non-existent. I don't think people work here to actually do anything. I'd be surprised if they hired people that actually knew anything about the things they sell since they didn't seem at all interested in selling anything.nnIf I have enough time to google search and read blog posts comparing two items that I'm looking at in the store, I might as well just buy from Amazon. Not having to put pants on is so much better, but I like instant gratification a little more sometimes.nnI'm writing this review while in the store and still waiting to see if anybody asks if I need help finding something (total time in-store is 30 minutes and counting). I'll excuse the first 10 minutes because they were helping a customer when I walked in, but that's being generous.nnI'm not a gambler, so buying expensive recording equipment on Amazon is not the option I want to take, but it seems to be the most efficient.nnFor potential customers, if you know what you want and don't have to get into a locked case, you might be OK. If you're stuck trying to settle on a choice or need something out of your reach, just go with Amazon. You'll at least get more info out of the fake reviews.nnI miss what Guitar Center used to be.
