We had a luxury vinyl floor installed in four areas of our home, the dining room, kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room. The original tile flooring from 1972 had to be removed. The title removal equipment that was used was impressive. The work was done quickly and with absolutely no mess. The next step was to float the concrete so the vinyl would lay flat. That was a lot of work but the installer did a great job. The entire process was extremely professional with minimal stress on our day to day living. The floor looks better than we expected, feels great walking on bare feet, is easy to keep clean and really updated our home. We got a much higher quality then we could find anywhere else at a very competitive price. Super happy with the entire experience. Thank you Carpet Source! Highly recommend

I got a quote from the big box home improvement store (had to pay for quote) and was unamused. $$$ I checked with friends on FB and like 5 people recommended Carpet Source so I messaged them. I got a rough quote in a day, a visit from Don with official (free) quote a couple days later (the quote was nearly half as much for a better carpet) and I paid in full on the spot. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the whole team. Someone clearly put some careful thought into streamlined business processes. I never got asked the same question twice and the whole team was obviously communicating effectively. Most importantly, the carpet was installed a month earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation (again, great communication) and the bedroom looks like a completely different place! Don and the installer even recommended some home improvements to help protect the carpet. This was easier than I thought it would be by a long shot, much less expensive than I anticipated, and generally pleasant. The product is great, but the experience is often just as important!

We chose carpet source because they had almost all good reviews. Unfortunately our experience was not the same. We paid most of the cost up front 5000 to be exact. We were told we would be contacted when the supplies arrived in about two weeks. A month later we called them because there had been no communication. I was told our supplies had arrived the week before and they could schedule our installation for a month later. The installation took 4 days to complete two bedrooms, a hallway, and the stairs. Unfortunately they had not ordered something for the stairs and that would have to wait. Again we were told about two weeks. Again I had to call a month later when I had not heard back. I was again told that the materials had come in the week before. I expressed that I did not expect this process to take three months and that I was upset that I had to chase them to do the work we had paid for. The owner Don was very apologetic and I do believe he cares for his customers. However, I got every excuse as to why there was no communication and why it took so long. Supposedly one employee was fired because of this problem. After speaking to Don he agreed to "knock a couple hundred dollars off the total cost" I was told he would have billing call me. They still have not a week later so I will again have to chase this company down so we can move on. Thier customer service may have once been very good. Currently it needs a lot of work.

Dillon was very easy to work with on color and brand selection. Gabriel, and Dave did an excellent installation job from what I can tell and I am very pleased at this point. We had numerous re-schedules due to delays on our home renovation, however, Carpet Source was very accomodating and easy to work with.
