Walmart Pharmacy

Just so we're all on the same page here, the people working the pharmacy are trained to act like doing anything other than filling bottles is below them, Like helping customers ?nThey act like I'm asking to fart in thier lunch box when asking for help. I just wanted to know where a first aid item was located.

I had to run in to buy some last minute necessary things with my boyfriend. We have a medical exemption to not wear a mask. Normally I order through an app and have a curbside delivery, however I couldn’t wait this time. We got all our items in a few minutes and were heading out when I heard someone shouting across isles at us asking if we have masks. We stopped and politely declined and explained our reasoning. It was humiliating, people were staring at us as if we’re some outcasts, non human, virus carriers. This was a store manager, stubborn and unprofessional, made us put down our things where we were and literally walked behind us to make sure we leave the building.nDisturbing and upsetting! This was definitely personal for him.

Guess I have been treated better than most because I would have given them five stars but I save that for really extraordinary service. They normally have the best prices, are both kind and courteous, and are very convenient. My wife uses the Costco pharmacy and usually needs to have me pick things up for her due to the inconvenience of their hours, and it is frustrating because they often have to order in medications, which takes longer. I'll take Walmart over Costco any day.

Rude. Unhelpful. I was looking for a particular item in the pharmacy section. It Took me 20 minutes to find one one specific Item that I know they had in stock . It's almost like they were willfully ignorant just to try to get rid of me. Keep up the bad work wallyworld.

I always lower my expectations when I walk into walmart, but I would expect a little bit more professionalism from the pharmacy.
