Waited in line forever! They need to hire more cashier's.
Tony, the store manager is the perfect example of a hardworking employee. I visited the store today because I had an issue with one of my purchases. He solved the problem with a blink of an eye! Fast, and top-notch of customer service!!!! Way to go Toney!!!! If you are looking for good deals and EXCELLENT customer service then Ross, happy Valley branch should be your destination!!!

I like coming to this store. I find lots of treasures. My only complaint is the lack of preemie/newborn baby boy clothes. They never seem to have them any more. Or size 0 shoes.nAnd the clothes always seem to be the same. No new fun t shirts like they used to carry. It's always the same clothes, same style. Things that I have yet to see people actually wear. They need new more current inventory.
