I have shopped at Penney's my whole life. I always find good quality clothing at very reasonable prices. If I don't find my size in the store I can order online and pick up at the store with free shipping.

They have lots of dresses. I went out to look for a dress in every store and couldn't find anything. Plus it's nice that this place has their dressing rooms open. Now, I have a dress in the right size that fits well.

Did the whole order online & pick up same day in store option for the first time, since CoVid. It made the whole shopping experience at a large department store actually very convenient, simple, quick, and totally hassle free. Before this whole pandemic, it seemed as if the pick up process part was more of a hassle than it was worth and time consuming. So....GOOD JOB JcPennys for the huge improvements in that department!

Thanks to Claudia in the jewelry department I saved 800$ on my engagement ring and wedding ring. Walked threw the entire mall and went to every jewelry store and was given several massive quotes, I recommend anyone who is in the same boat to just shop at jcpennys.
