Prepare for a business model that distorts the true price of the merchandise with random sales and coupons that carry a bunch of exclusions. Prepare to study each coupon like the bar exam the night before shopping. I think the business model is to get you into the store with coupons and have you spend an inordinate amount of time figuring out if a coupon applies to a product, which then naturally gets you to wonder and buy more things. I try to avoid this store when I can.

This Kohl's location is probably one of my favorite in the area. The employees are always very respectful and responsive. It's kept very clean during these challenging times as well as constant stocked up.

Used the Amazon return service they offer. I was done in one minute, although the back up was pretty significant. I think Kohl's a nice store.
