Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

The people are super friendly and my massage therapist was so nice but my massage was terrible. I asked for firm pressure and I couldn't even feel it. I asked for more pressure after a few minutes and no difference. I'm not a deep tissue massage person either but I do like to feel it. I think I might have fallen asleep at 1 point because I felt nothing. I was going to let the girls at the front desk know but they never asked. Also I'm not a member so I paid $109.00 to nap.nnFollow up to this, the manager called me and helped me find a wonderful therapist named Kelsey and she is wonderful! She is the best massage therapist I've been to in a very long time so thank you so much for all your help and I have become a member. Great management helped turn a terrible experience into a great one. Thank you

She did some areas on one side then just skipped other side same areas.

This was my first spa visit ever, and I could not be more impressed. The staff are wonderful, friendly and professional. Everything is immaculate. The massage (Brooke) and facial (Debbie) were fabulous; I left feeling like a new woman! I can't recommend Hand & Stone highly enough.

I am a member and visit this location both for facials and hot stone massages. I am very satisfied with their services and the cleanliness. Going back after the 3 month pause has been very gratifying and I look forward to future visits. It appears that this location has been very proactive and thorough with precautions of both staff and client safety.
