When we faced the difficult decision to move our parents out from their long time home in Manhattan, we had a lot of questions. Sue at Classic Moving was super helpful and personable. She easily communicated with every one of us and came up with suggestions and estimates for some different options.nnWhen moving day arrived, the team was friendly, extremely professional and efficient. In fact, the doormen said they were THE BEST moving team they had ever worked with in that building. The bill was very reasonable considering there were two stops involved.nnI would highly recommend them.
I have a unique story...I'm moving my 88 year old mover and me (50) to Florida next month. My brother is paying for the move so I have a budget and was informed by my brother to get as many quotes as possible. Well today, I got a call from Jeff, the owner of Classic Moving of Tom's River, NJ who said up front he couldn't do my move, but spend 30 minutes on the phone with me offering tips suggestions about movers and the moving industry in general. He provided me with a great of helpful information, cost saving tips, things to look out for as I interview moving companies and more.nnAnyone who spends that kind of time with a person knowing full well he can't do the move is a really good guy in my book. And I can share with you from experience in speaking with over 25 companies, he is one of the good guys. Here's the best tip of all - DO YOU HOME WORK FOLKS! There are resources out there to prevent the pain and anguish we have all seen on 60 minutes about moving companies. And if you're in NJ - go with Jeff and Classic Moving. Sad he can't do my move, but eternally grateful for his time and knowledge.
One of the worst moving company, please do not go for it. Customer service is really really bad. They are cheating people in the name of business. They will give quote and will say book it, with a promise, they will return 100% of money, in case the movement is not happening. But after you pay, neither they lift the call, nor they send you receipt, nor they reply your mail. If you call customer service, they will misbehave with you. They simply do not care about the business, only thing matter for them is the advance booking money you paid, so it is fraud company. I am having real bad experience and I will be providing more feedback soon. I will also provide you my contact details. please check with me before even , thinking to book with this company. We earn every penny with so much of difficulties, please don't waste the money by paying these fraud company, unnecessarily.
These guys could be the best moving company around but tonight in downtown toms river 1 of their trucks blew through a stop sign and almost creamed my car.
This company sucks don't use them. They pick up your stuff, say they're going to barge you triple then act like they're doing you a favor by dropping it down to double. On top of that after they pick up your stuff you may not hear from them for a few weeks. Me, it's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. Despite the fact that I've called them 3 times and emailed them four plus times. This is the worst company to deal with. They're probably just stealing my things. Wouldn't know. No one answers me when I ask what the etd is.
