To all concerned ,I just had to take the time out to say how pleased I am that Kelly is the manager at your life facility on route 37 . I've been renting a unit for several years now and have finally upgraded to a 10x30 and could not be happier,your competitive pricing has always led me straight to Life Storage. As for Kelly she is the BEST ,very professional , polite EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and a great go-to person with any questions I have regarding my bill or access to the facility. Kelly also informed me that there was 24-hour access availability, which really took a lot of pressure off of me .Having to get in here before closing time was a real challenge, so kudos to Kelly for that heads up. Management you really need to make sure you hold on to her she is probably the best manager in your entire fleet of facilities. Keep up the good work Kelly.
I would highly recommend life storage 777 route 37 Toms River ,Kelly is GREAT!! Anytime I had a question or wanted to make changes I’d call or email , she responded right away with a phone call and she took care of business. Even went out of her way to make it work. Very clean facilities and reasonable price . Fran also at the life storage up the street was also very good
Kelly was a pleasure to do business with. Very helpful and accommodating. We purchased units from auction for the first time and she made the process run smoothly. We also rented a unit from her and used her box truck. She was truly amazing. Highly recommend ud83dudc4d
Renting a storage space couldn’t be any easier at this location. Kelly was very nice and very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable too!
The Manager kelly there is so Helpful. She is polite and quick and I highly advise renting there !
