Submitted a reservation online after business hours and James (the manager) called me first thing the next day. When I asked him if the unit I was renting would be the right size, he was honest I could have went the size down... but I didn’t think it was worth the price difference to sweat it. He was able to lock everything in for me without having to drive an hour south to do it in person, which was greatly appreciated. The customer service here is top notch and I would definitely recommend. The unit itself is large, spacious and clean. We definitely appreciated the large carts left at the elevator for unloading cars. That made unloading so easy.nnHighly recommend Extra Space! I made the right choice

Adam from Extra Space storage was great!!! Very professional and informative. I haven't rented storage before and was trying to find the right size, location etc and he was very patient and explaining everything and being extra patient with me. Appreciate all the help and this made my move from New York so much better!! Would recommend this location and staff is amazing!!!
We got a nice space right away. Dry and clean. Happy with the help we got in arranging to store our stuff in preparation for moving. Everyone very helpful and the price was right.
