American Furniture Outlet and Clearance Center

I bought a bedroom set from Ashley furniture in July and still haven't received my furniture. We bought a new house and wanted a sectional and looked around but were leery of long delivery times like we were experiencing from Ashley furniture. Well American Furniture Outlet was quite the opposite. We ordered our furniture late August and received it by end of October. We received great communication of estimated dates and times of them receiving the furniture from the manufacturer and also confirmed dates and times for delivery. The delivery guys were so nice, professional and quick. I am so thankful for the great experience and we are loving our sectional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My experience began with a representative that was eager to make a good sale. She was kind and very excited about helping us find what we wanted. Unfortunately, my husband experienced racial profiling so he purposely kept moving around to see if he was in fact being followed, and yes he was by 2 representatives who didn't have anything else to do -- all the way out of the building. Also, when we went back on Saturday, I found some coverlets that were marked down but the every day low price was different from the original sticker's every day low price so the mark down was 20% not 50% as stated on the new ticket. When the General Manager was called to explain, his explanation didn't make since and instead of saying they made a mistake, he argued with me. Also, when we picked up the items, I did a quick count and told the representative that I believed we should have seven items -- not six. He said we had everything. He didn't bother to double check with me and we had to go back and get the other item. I believe the manager and staff can be trained to be more customer oriented and to treat customers with respect and dignity when entering their workplace. It would also help if they acted more like they were a part of the American Furniture Outlet's Family and not just an employee.

We have bought several pieces of furniture these past two years. We have been happy with the quality and delivery. We purchased the protection package and just used it to repair our new sofa. The repairman, Joe, was knowledgeable and professional. The sectional hooking mechanism was replaced within minutes. Will definitely shop at American Furniture again.

After making a day of it to search for bunk beds, took me 2 trips just to this one store but found exactly what we needed at such a fantastic price at American Furniture. I have had it for couple weeks now and my son loves it... My purchase was quick, friendly and very satisfactory.

After placing an order for a Queen bedroom set at a local competitor, we were told that the delivery was getting pushed back by over 3 1/2 months, I went to American Furniture and found they had three full sets in stock for me to pick up that same day! The quality was far better than what we had ordered through the other company. Because we went during the Labor Day holiday sale we saved over $500 on our new set. Our salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and we completed our purchase quickly.
