The manager Joe is a tremendous asset to Simply Self Storage. Over the past few weeks I have had the opportunity of dealing with him onnseveral different issues regarding my unit in his facility. He has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He is very prompt in getting back to me with any questions that I have. I would definitely use your facility again if I ever need one because of the great experience and service that Joe provided me.
Joe was incredibly helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with us as we decided what our best option would be. The faculty was exceptionally clean and our belongings are safe and secure. The entire process was smooth and organized.
