Horrible customer service and extremely rude!!!!! Claim (day of) they can’t make deliveries with to “small streets.” I live on a dead end in the city and moved in with a 28’ box truck on my street, which I pulled in myself. Not sure if anyone from the company has ever actually been into the city of Philadelphia, but EVERY street is a small street! Ever think about only using small vans for all city deliveries!? This is by the way 2nd time they have cancelled on me DAY OF after waiting the entire 4 hour time frame before getting a call... on a work day.
Driver was very rude and extremely aggressive. He should not be providing a company customer service with his kind of attitude. Driver was driving truck # 325 at Enersys distribution warehouse in Allentown PA. Time was 10am date was 5/5/2020. This man was threatening someone with physical violence and using very disturbing profanity.
