Teach your employees that not everyone who calls is familiar with the New Castle area. I called from Atlanta and the woman I spoke with talked to me as if I was stupid for not knowing that a hiking fee would be applied to a unit that was checked out of Upper Chichester but returned to the S. Philly location. I manage over 150 Penske rentals and constantly talk to Penske on a daily basis. This location is by far the worst.
I went over to get the price for renting a Ryder van. I know the owner from many years ago when they lived across the street from me. She is so nice and couldn't be more helpful. I have rented from 2 other companies and I definitely will be renting from Penske Truck Rental in the future.
