We have an old 1961 Bally Lido Bingo machine that needed to be moved up three flights of stairs in the City. We called so many places (that refused) and one mover suggested we call Duffy. The top box of the machine weighs over 250 lbs and is very delicate due to glass and mechanicals. Duffy's guys came over and moved that machine with no problem. It was amazing to watch them. They were so careful, personable and professional. Thank you to Kerri for helping to make this happen. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Joe and the other two movers with you. They charged a fair price and got the job done.

Duffy Piano recently moved our upright piano from a house to an apartment. Their price was lower than the other companies I called and the service was impeccable. They were on time, carefully moved the piano out and were able to fit it on an elevator at my new place. The movers were professional, polite and friendly. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the move and the piano is in perfect shape. Highly recommend this company -- you don't want to trust just anybody with a piano you love.

I have had 2 experiences with Duffy. All the services are ordered by piano sellers. Duffy is really professional in moving pianos. They know how to move piano, upright or grand. Watching them move, I feel so safe, to be honest. I will still choose Duffy in the future.nTwo suggestions though: it would be really nice if the truck are air conditioned for piano wood protections; and it would be nice if Duffy can be responsive on the email, since I have received no reply ever.

I called MANY companies to try and have a piano moved. This company far exceeded expectations. They were very responsive and called back right away after messaging. They were informative, thorough and prompt. They provided services quickly and efficiently. My number one praise is how polite and friendly the workers were. They called me to verify, they called the other location to verify, and were extremely professional. Would definitely recommend! Value was good too!
