No one ever answers the phone. So that in itself gives us a reason for a bad review. I've called 3 times with answer and your voice mail is full. Sounds fly by night to me.
Awesome service! They came to my apartment on time and picked up all my stuff after the move. It was painless and simple... so glad this thing exists! Sean, Leon and Ramiro were great and friendly would recommend.
I was extremely pleased with Ridley Park Movers. My consultant, Thomas, worked with me to get the most items I could on the truck in the original estimate he gave me. I changed what I was sending a couple of times and each time, he was helpful and simply re-did my order form. Emails from Ridley Park Movers were easy to follow. Every other moving company I called seemed to make the process harder-- asking me to estimate weight. With Ridley Park Movers, it was by item, which was so much easier. The movers were courteous and professional and carefully wrapped my furniture. Items came quickly. Very pleased!
I wholeheartedly agree that Vincent (aka Alton) and his team were awesome - timely, efficient, meticulous & kind. Although, I did not get the promised call that Jon, phone representative, to confirm one day prior to move and no one answered my many calls to confirm. By 9 am morning of my move I was ready to call someone else. About 9:10 I received a call from the movers. After conversing with Richard my apprehensiveness instantly vanished. This team worked really hard to positively impact my transition. Love those guys!
Williams and his team are the BEST!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars - the move was perfect and it cost half as much as the other big moving companies. Thanks guys for a truly amazing experience - looking forward to doing it again next year!
