I would not let my employees close 3 minutes early and lose out on a potential sale.

The last few times I have been in this place the people are very rude and lack service. I was needing help finding an item. The guy told me to wait he was working on something. When I was checking out he answers the phone and has a conversation with a lady about 20 feet away in the office. I waited 5 minutes for him to finish his call. No apology - I’m so sorry you had to wait. Absolutely amazed by the lack of service. Standard Restaurant Supply is definitely top notch compared to this place.
