This my first 5 star review for a furniture store (I'm 77 years old). The sales experience was good and low pressure. The sofa I purchased turned out to have a defect when I got it home. I took a photo and showed it to the store. They offered to give a discount or deliver a new sofa at no charge. That is what I call great customer service.

Beautiful furniture however a little out of my budget range.. when you first walk in you can tell the quality of their furniture. Absolutely beautiful furniture.

Excellent!! I could not have asked for better customer service from Anthony at Sofa Mart! He was my sales representative and was outstanding! He took extra time with me to make sure that I was getting the best couches and the best deal! He was so helpful and friendly! I love my new couches and will continue to shop there. I highly recommend Sofa Mart in Albuquerque to anyone looking for good quality furniture, fantastic customer service, and a professional atmosphere! If you want someone to go out of their way to give you the best, then ask for Anthony. He really did a great job and deserves a huge raise!

Our sales man Brian was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful in helping us pick out what we needed. The prices were also great! The downside is their delivery service. If you spend over $1,000 you HAVE to pay for delivery and set up ($180) or pick it up at the store. If you spend less than $1,000 you also have the option to just have it delivered without set up ($45). So the more you spend the more you HAVE to spend for delivery.

Beautiful, well built furniture, friendly service. David Whitehouse is an amazing salesman, went above and beyond to answer our questions. Lots of patience.
