I like shopping there

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I needed any help. I would have taken the help, but I am a very picky person and didn't want to annoy anyone

Weird shoe selection, nothing good was in my size and everything refers to shopping online (which I cant try anything on)

Great selection but the store looked ransacked. There was clothing and other items just all over the place and things in boxes were pulled out. Unappealing to say the least. It was hard to find things that I was looking for. There was ONLY 1 employee who was kind , of any assistance and she was also the only one who greeted us and she was the only person working her department which was makeup and fragrances. She was willing to go above and beyond, while the others were rude and stared at us as we shopped which made us very uncomfortable. I wish we got the name of the girl in the makeup dept bc I would call the company to praise not only her work ethic but her just her kindness went a long way. As I was looking for a cart to use, 3 women were just standing around a register talking and got very nasty when I went near a door to look for a cart. When I told them I was looking for a cart, none of them said anything or even offered any help! This is not the first time for this type of treatment and if I remember correctly, the girl in the makeup dept who was actually doing her job, was also the ONLY one who was nice and helpful on a separate shopping trip I had experienced. She is the only REAL associate in that store and they should all take a lesson from her on how to simply be a human.
