Made a couple of phone calls to them to figure out what I wanted. Michelle was super helpful. When I made my purchase it was very easy on the phone. Very happy with the service.

After seeing items online, we had called first and spoke with Adam. He was super helpful in telling us what was available to see in the store. Then we went to the store an hour later and walked around and while looking a man came up to us asking if we needed help. It was Adam! He helped us look at beds and was knowledgeable about dimensions and availability helping to decide. Then we walked around the store and he was frequently checking up on us seeing if we had any questions. Not pushy at all. Just seeing our deer in the headlights look in their massive floor room and wanting to help if he could. When we were ready he assisted us in checkout and agreed to call us when the items came into the store. A great experience!

My wife and I worked with Danielle and she was super nice and helpful. They had a variety of options for dinning sets -what we were shopping for- which we couldn’t find else where. If you plan on shopping there, just ask for Danielle. She’s great.

We were greeted within a few minutes of entering and multiple people checked on us during visit and provided info at items we were looking at. Not sure how commission works there but felt bad if the employee who finalized purchase got all commission because there were others that were extremely helpful in making our decision. I also was not e mailed my invoice as promised. Printer was not working when my purchase was finalized. Salesperson has picked up a call and was helping person on phone and said they would e mail me. Still have not received e mail.

I was extremely impressed with Michelle Alexander. I had already visited about 10 furniture stores here in Albuquerque and received very poor responses from their sales staff. My final attempt to purchase a recliner was with Furniture Row. Michelle was a tremendous help and I ended up purchasing a recliner from Michelle. I would definitely recommend Furniture Row and especially Michelle if you wish to be treated with respect as a customer.
