Now I don't blame the employee for the system issues but apparently its been an ongoing issue at least once a week for over 2 months that the system will go out of order. The system kicked this poor guy out of the process to rent a uhaul 3 times and during this it said that he could not continue. The system charged our card twice of the 3 times and does not show in their system. Now I have to wait until monday to get ahold of my bank because it shows the charges and I did not receive services. The employee gets a 10 out of 10 on how he handled, explained, and behaved during the whole ordeal.
Just stopped there to help unload a storage unit. Seems like a nice place, climate controlled.
So very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend
