I came in this morning to a very long voicemail in which she raved about Harry and the crew he brought along to assist. Even though there was difficulties with the baby grand piano, Harry was fabulous as were the 2 helpers. She was so impressed by Harry said he was a sweetheart and very patient. Two of the piano legs did not want to come off so taking care not to do any damage he tried to get them off to no avail. Told Mr. & Mrs. he did not want to do damage. Mr. gave it a shot after such pounding and using several tools the legs finally gave way so it could be loaded on the truck. She said they were very professional and nice. She was also very happy to learn Harry would be delivering the pianos. When I spoke with her she told the story again. What a very nice way to start the morning!! Thank you for your time and for Harry.
Prestige moved us from Wilsonville, Oregon to Sedro Woolley, Washington. We had a limited time to prepare but Prestige accommodated the schedule and made it work flawlessly. At both ends of the move, the men who packed and unloaded our belongings were friendly and professional. Not one item was damaged in the move. Everything went exactly as promised. We were even charged a bit less than the original estimate. I highly recommend Prestige. We have had other movers over the years. One was an absolute disaster. Others were good but none measured up to the quality of service provided by Prestige.
They confirmed me date and time 3:00 pm between 6:00 pm but no one show up and driver call me around 6:00 pm that I can't make it today I will come tomorrow. The reason for delay is no space in truck so we will pick up tomorrow.nNever recommended. Completely dishonest.
Great team work! Got all the house and garage but in the truck in 2 days. Amazing! Great attitudes!
