We have used this facility to hold our business inventory for years and it is clean and well maintained. Michelle's service is first rate. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure that we are well taken care of and is always willing to help us with anything we request.
Great services and units are super clean. With Michelle’s promptness, I was able to move my belongings a week earlier than I had intended. This was SUPER helpful. Michelle was also very thorough in explaining the process of door codes, how to access the elevators/roll up doors and answered all my various questions.nnI would highly recommend to anyone needing to store their personal belongings.
I worked with Michelle, the manager, and she was really kind and helpful! She wasn't pushy at all and let me take a look at the space before committing even though I had reserved it online. She was upfront about everything and even helped me out when I misplaced my lock. Top notch service! I would highly recommend working with Michelle. And best yet, the tiny unit that I reserved was even a little bigger than I was expecting (4x1 - I thought if anything it would be smaller), so I was pleasantly surprised!
Mae helped me change from a medium to small room once I discovered the room was to big. The transition once I was on site was very quick and easy. I appreciate Mae jumping right in for me.
Extra Space is the absolute BEST in the storage industry! Cleanest, safest and GREAT customer service. I would recommend storing with this company anywhere!
