Overhead door instead of roll up door means you lose a lot of storage space. They charged me $20 administrative fee and wouldn't refund it even though I cancelled same day when I found out about the door...nnUpdate: They did reach out after this and sent me the rest of my refund so I'm bumping the review from 1 to 3 stars for the customer service. I don't feel I can give 5 since overhead doors (garage type door that slides up and hangs above your head vs a roll up door that rolls up and out of the way) for a storage unit is kind of ridiculous (huge loss of storage space) and since this isn't made clear on their website prior to where you rent it.

Mom helped with storage at a reasonable price and air conditioning. Unit is wheelchair accessible by way of street enterence.
Jack is no longer at NW Self storage /Cipole Rd Self Storage. Very sad. Corporate America moved in. Rents have almost doubled in a year and a half. It seems that the New owners are intent on pushing out those renters who've rented over 5 years. The rates are being increased as if walking in off the street. Doesn't Loyalty, taking pride in facility and helping in keeping it'clean, referring clients or being security conscious carry any benefit to current tenants? Those with multiple units are really hit hard. This includes the units with additional spaces for RV, boat or trailer parking. Score with Jack 5++, score since Corporation took the controls maybe 1. At least they haven't evicted everyone. Yet...
