I called to see if I could make an unscheduled drop off at this location. I was told I could not do that, then told there would be a $250 to $300 fee which I was willing to pay, but the women on the phone said they may not take it, then she hung up on me. Then I called back and got Cody. He said they would take it, and to come in. So I did, then was told it’s an $1,100 fee! WTF? Really. Had I known that I would not have bothered to come.

Would not take back an unused, unopened $80 product just 7 days after purchase (no policy was stated at purchase either). As a result, this one star review cost them $80.
