I helped my aunt rent and move into this facility as her house was too big for her to keep up day after day.nnFrom coming in to look at the unit and trying to figure out if everything would fit and moving in, our experience could not have been better! The facility was super clean and safe!nnI must say, being new to the area myself, we received excellent directions to the facility from a nice lady we spoke to. Turns out that the nice lady we spoke to on the phone is the Manager of the facility, her name is Anita.nnWhile we were trying to determine if the size of the unit would work, Anita asked us a great deal of questions so that she could fully understand what we were trying to do...so that she could better advise on their open options. Ultimately, we settled on the best unit because everything fot just as Anita said it would! We are beyond grateful for having someone with what seems like a lifetime of experience help my family during such a difficult time for my aunt!nnI would come back as well as recommend this particular Extra Space storage to anyone looking!!!nnThank you so very much Anita! We could not have accomplished all of this without you!

Anita was so helpful! She made the paperwork process so easy! Made sure I had exactly what I needed for the move, made sure my unit was ready for me to move in, and made sure the movers would have plenty of space! I am super happy with my experience and would recommend extra space to anyone looking!

Great service and a nice, clean storage facility. Anita, the store manager, was very friendly, thorough and helpful. I was able to see my unit before signing and while walking through I couldn't believe how clean everything was inside and out.
