PDX Movers LLC - Portland OR Movers

We hired PDX movers to move and store all of our furniture and boxes while we move from Aloha to Central Washington. From the first phone call, through the estimate process and actual moving day, the experience has been great. We had a 2 story 2800 sf house. We had packed the majority of our belongings, and there was a lot of it. They arrived at the stated time of 0930 AM. There were 4 of them and they had everything loaded in the truck by 2 PM. I was absolutely amazed. They took great care with our belongings, making sure to not only wrap the furniture with pads, but again with a plastic wrap to prevent any dampness from affecting the furniture. Dez was the lead, and along with Gabe, Francisco and Ethan did a fantastic job. Our belongings are now safely stored in their warehouse and when we have a new place to move to they will bring them to us and unload them. I cannot say enough good things about them. I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of homework, and this is one of the few companies that does not contract out the delivery and unloading to a third party. I am comfortable that my belongings will arrive in good shape. I would recommend them to anyone.

We used PDX Movers for a Labor only job for our second floor apartment. Dylan, Micah and Matthew were our crew. They were amazing, fast and professional. We were unsure it was going to all fit but they packed so efficiently we had room to spare. Unfortunately it was raining during the first part of our move, but they came prepared with rugs to not track mud in and lots of plastic wrap so things didn't get soaked. Got it done in two hours. Absolutely Amazing. Very fair price for the amazing work they did.

Wow! This company is the real deal. We recently had a big out-of-state move and hired PDX Movers to help us. They were WONDERFUL. They took great care with our things, were friendly, helpful, and completely professional. Jose, Josh, Izzy, Gabe, Chris & Lucas were all great. We were especially thankful for Jose, Josh and Izzy for making the long drive, and unloading our things with snow on the ground, all the while with friendly faces and great attitudes. While we very sad to leave our home in Portland, PDX Movers helped make the transition as smooth as possible!

I was very happy with the work PDX movers did for us two years ago. I was therefore definitely going to use them for a move we have coming up. Unfortunately, the price they gave me was more than twice what it had cost to move all the exact same furniture the exact same distance. When I asked for an explanation, I was told something is wrong with the software and that he would look into it. As I kept explaining that the last job took two people less time than they were quoting me for three movers, there was no explanation and general confusion as to why it would estimate so much more for the same job.nI’m disappointed because initially they were awesome but the whole exchange this time around was very very bad.

Ryan is the best! Everyone we worked with at PDX Movers was great--prompt, friendly, helpful--but it was Ryan who really stood out as amazing. Thank you, Ryan, for making our move such a success! He, along with a Portland crew picked up our things and then he drove them to our new home in another state. Unlike other moving companies that could only provide a two-week estimate of when our things would arrive, PDX Movers gave us a guaranteed date and time! (And, for the same price as those other movers.)nnWhen Ryan arrived in our new state, the local crew that was supposed to help him unload our things didn't show up. My husband offered to help unload, but Ryan explained that there was a liability issue with that and then proceeded to unload our things all by himself. Not only did he single-handedly do all of the work, he had a great attitude and hustled the whole time. It is clear that PDX Movers hires great people! Thank you, Ryan!!
