Our estimator who gave us the quote was so helpful and didn’t mind my millions of questions. Our movers were very friendly and helpful! The loaded all of our items safely and did it in such great time. I loved that ITS Global had all the services I needed from disassembling and picking up my items from the home I sold, storing it at their storage facility for as long as I need, and then will reassemble when we find our next home on our new adventure moving to a new state! It helped us out so much that they could offer all of those services for us! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company...and would use them again myself if I move again!

Moving across the ocean is stressful and overwhelming. Luke and Tyler took away a lot of that stress. They were professional, friendly and reliable. We were caught across country when the pandemic began. Gene Doneka saved the day. He coordinated every aspect of our cross-country move. Prior to the move, he was on-site at the storage facility, overseeing the building of shipping crates for two statues, both fragile. He selected a well-rated driver for the cross-country trip and was on hand while our belongings were transferred from storage to the moving van, even holding out items designated for donation. Separately, Gene arranged for the pick-up and delivery of our stored vehicles. In the move, nothing was damaged, and nothing was lost. Gene Doneka took a stressful situation and made it stressless. He has our gratitude and highest commendation.

Pricing was competitive and we were charged what we were quoted - no surprises. Move from WA to AZ was smooth and on time. Bob the driver was the best!

We are very happy with both the storage and moving done by ITS Global. In 2018, our household contents were moved to their Tigard facility, where their staff loaded it into vaults and stored it for 18 months. Last month, the vaults were loaded onto trucks and then unloaded directly into our house by Luke, Chris, and Nick, thus minimizing the number of times each piece was handled. Luke's team arrived at our house early, finished under budget, and put out mats and blankets throughout to protect the floor, walls and doors from dings. Everyone at ITS Global was professional and personable, and took good care of our stuff.
