The staff at this location are extremely helpful. Purchasing my new unit was stress free and seamless. I highly recommend using this location and plan to stay for at least 1 year. Good customer service is hard to find. The management at this location is top notch!
Excellent customer service from Dereck! He was extremely professional, courteous and helpful with the whole process of choosing my storage unit and getting the paperwork done in a smooth and timely manner. Very knowledgeable and had the answer to any questions I had.nThe facility is newer and very clean and well kept. The unit itself was spotless when i got it. Made a few trips there in one day and it was such an easy process with moving carts readily available to limit the amount of trips back and forth to our vehicles.
This was my first time having to use a storage facility. Shawn support made everything so easy, staying with me on the phone while walking me through the lease agreement details. His support was excellent and he was incredibly professional!
Derek was very helpful he reserved a unit for us and when we couldn’t make it he reserved another day no problem. Very professional and courteous. He explained everything we needed to know, he showed us how to use the lock made sure we were comfortable using it. Very pleasant experience.
Dereck at Extra Space is AWESOME. He helped us find the perfect storage unit and answered all of the questions we had effectively and honestly. He is super personable, very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. // The unit space itself it beautiful and secure. Definitely recommend!!!
