Alan from Watchdog security recently installed our alarm system.....and I can't say enough good things about it! He was SO patient explaining our options and how everything worked. He brought enough different things to really customize our system to our specific needs. He even suggested a few things that I did not even know existed! So awesome!! Now my kids are able to use it, easily! And I feel better about leaving town if we need to -- and remotely change the thermostat so we don't pay extra to heat/cool while gone. Oh! And one really awesome extra .... the video clips (saved!) we can watch of our front porch... no more missing packages and we even used this feature to walk our parents through opening the door when they arrived to our house before we did. Brilliant! Thank you Alan!!!!
