We had an issue that was promptly resolved by management at ProSource. An independent contractor used our card information to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of carpet after we had already given him the cash to do so. After unsuccessful attempts to retrieve the money from the contractor without the slightest response, Sean at ProSource offered to refund the money, stating that he would handle the issue with the contractor. It's good to know that management like Sean and companies like ProSource stand behind their integrity and back up their customers where needed. I will be sure to spread the word that ProSource is an honest, charismatic business with pristine management and should not be overlooked or taken for granted. Thanks again Sean and ProSource.

About a month ago I had some linoleum put in our downstairs. The installers put seams in some really bad places, patched up with some pieces by the wall. Just all around did a bad job. We moved the couch a few feet and it ripped a spot on the flooring, we called and had the most rudest experience and was just floored by the response. After that we had another spot come unglued in the laundry room, and come to realize they left the old flooring on a portion of the room! We were quoted 1600.00 which included removing the old flooring. We actually removed most of it for them beforehand, and I personally asked if they would remove the rest in the laundry room before they install. I’m disgusted by the horrible work, but don’t know what to do at this point because of the terrible customer service! Tried adding a photo but couldn’t.

I have purchased tile and flooring for a few projects, great service and pricing!

I'm afraid that I have to add to the growing lists of negative experiences at the Albuquerque office. Please know that if, for whatever reason, you make a mistake with your purchase, you will be required to simply eat that mistake. Their return policy is horrendous. We paid $576 to buy backsplash tile only to find that the color tone was off. BTW, I suspect that they forgot to process my order initially, as they missed their promised delivery date. (Avoid Carla as a sales person if you still decide to go there) We asked if we could return, knowing that we would need to pay a restocking fee. They charge a $75 service charge, a 25% restock fee, and freight. Get this... the freight I paid to buy the tile was $40. The freight charge for return is $200! I asked if I could use my own freight service and was denied. I was told my refund would have been ~$100. No thanks, Prosource. I've spent close to $40k on tile, counters, wood in the last year. I gave you a try and you lost my business. I was willing to pay a reasonable restocking and return ship fee, but 80% is ludicrous. Way to bend your customers over and ream them. Looks like I'll be sticking with Floor and Decor. Insert hollow/canned management response thanking me for my feedback here vvv.

What a rudeness and laziness Today I and my husband went there to look at hardwood flooring for the house we are going to build (~2000 square feet hardwood). When we entered the store the gentleman on the desk told us they are doing wholesale only, we told him we have a builder and gave our builder's name. He said he will find somebody to help us . Meanwhile a lady was helping another customer and they just left about a min after we entered the store. We started to look around. There were no other customers in the store. About after 10 min my husband went back to the desk and asked help if someone can help us. The lady came along and she asked who are we working with. We told her who we are working with and I asked her if they are working with that builder. She said no but they would like to work with him. Then we started ask question such as why engineered hardwood is preferred at Albuquerque, what are the differences between the stain and such. Then suddenly she said she will let us to look around and the store closes at noon. When she said this it was ~11:40 am. Then she left. She spent only 2-3 min with us. Both my husband and I find that behavior very rude and not eager to make business. We did not hang around longer,. When we got out the lady and the gentleman were just sitting. I know why our builder does not work with them now. Who wants to work with rude and lazy people anyway. They don't deserve any business.
