I was very disappointed when I went to the apple store because the staff attitude was so bad. not helping me, but also despising me. Maybe I am Asian so I was treated like that. I couldn't believe the staff's customer service attitude was that bad. I am so disappointed. I hope you will improve your attitude. Do not discriminate against us. please!

A little taste of normal during the pandemic. Masks required but all the stores were open and they set tents up so there's outside seating for the many restaurants
Was great to be back though of course with the Xmas music playing but without the crowds was heartbreaking. Hopefully next year at this time things will be back to normal to a degree.
Tried to get service on a MacBook Pro and was told they would be to busy with iPhone 12 sales so go somewhere else. Wishing for the days when a trip to the Genius Bar was helpful.
