My first time there and I was amazed

It was a good experience gym was clean everyone had a mask and practiced safe distancing.

Friendly staff. Clean place. Staff is seen doing their frequent cleaning rounds. Overall people are courteous with the use of the equipment. I have not seen people holding equipment just to chat and hold back others. Limited weights. Bells only go up to 75 Lb.

I can not say enough about the positive, upbeat, warm, friendly and professional attitudes of the entire staff at PLANET FITNESS Fishtown! I feel welcome and appreciated as a customer, two things I especially appreciate during these challenging times. Recently, there was an issue with my payment method expiring which resulted in a late fee. When I corrected this and brought it to the attention of the Manager, she was kind enough to credit me back the late fee. I have been a member at this location for almost 6 years and have had nothing but a GREAT experience here!
