Always a fsve. Now out of toliet paper again!

This location is about 5 minutes from my house so I frequent it often. We just bought a large sectional from here and they were able to hold it while we rented a larger van to pick it up. The staff is super helpful and friendly!

It can’t be easy to remain helpful and pleasant when you’re as busy as these folks are almost constantly. This store is crazy busy. They manage to keep it clean and running smoothly most of the time. I had an issue with an appliance a couple of years ago. It was a nightmare, and I was dealing with people in corporate and Costco.com, and nothing was getting resolved. In stepped Laurie, who finally put us out of our misery and found us a solution. The experiences I’ve had with the long-term employees here and with management have been great. Ultimately, you can expect a pleasant shopping experience, and when you need something more or when problems arise, you can expect to be taken care of.

We appreciate how Costco has adapted their process for the pandemic. We still can buy all the things we want and need, and we can feel safe doing it. Costco requires that everyone wears a mask. We absolutely support that, both for our safety and especially for the staff who are working there every day. Well done, Costco.

Every time I go to this Costco I see at least one employee not wearing a mask properly. This afternoon there were two employees covering their mouth but not their nose. One of them was serving food samples. To protect employees and customers, Costco management should do a better job of getting employees to properly wear masks. Please!!
