We recently had a five star shopping experience with Frank Romero at the Mattress Firm on Menaul Blvd. My husband and I went in to replace our mattress and were fortunate enough to work with Frank. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we went through the process. We finally selected and purchased a new mattress but after sleeping on it for a few weeks we decided it was not for us. We called up Frank and he told us to return to the store to pick out something different. Absolutely no hassle! We found a wonderful mattress that they delivered the same day. The two men who delivered our mattress were also courteous and professional. We love our new mattress and are pleased with the fantastic service provided by Frank.

Best mattress shopping experience ever! I dread shopping for big items, but Tyler made this a pleasurable experience. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions but didn’t hover or make us feel uncomfortable. We didn’t feel pressured at any point and I really appreciate that. We bought two mattresses and another adjustable frame to fit our other mattress. Tyler was helpful and super accommodating to our schedule when it came to payments and delivery. By far the best large purchase experience we have had.

We went to a lot of stores and I can honestly say this store was by far the best. Tai made our experience great with the ease of shopping to amazing prices. He never once pressured us just asked us what we wanted and made it happen. Tai was an all around professional and we will highly recommend him always.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience at this location. We were shopping around in the area and had already gone to several other mattress stores prior to this one. I don't recall the sales associates name, but I will say that he was knowledgeable and willing to work with our budget. We ended up getting a great deal on a Sunday and had free delivery the next evening! Thank you for the great service Frank Romero and company!

I looked around for 2 days and jumped on about 45 mattresses to try and pick out the perfect one. I only decided to go into mattress firm because of a sign spinner outside and I'm very pleased that I did! I appreciate Adrian being able to answer a lot of questions and suggesting I try a mattress I didn't even try and thats the one that sold me. Excellent price and a great labor day deal. I definitely would have walked out of the store and not made a purchase if it weren't for Adrian.
