Thoroughly satisfied with my care here. Despite being in a pandemic, this office has remained open and accommodated all of their patients whenever needed. They don’t treat you like another number as you may be treated in a large chain or hospital system. The doctors, techs and all staff truly care about your well being.

This place is the worse they are charging $60 dollar just for a video conference to talk about my results. When I told them I just want my report then they wanted to reduce the price to $30 dollar for my results which I already paid for. Worse experience would not waste my time here. Such money minded doctors robbing customers during a pandemic.

It's amazing how Google can't catch these fake reviews after being flagged so many times. The bulk of the 5-star reviews on here are from employees or one-time reviewers (paid to submit fake reviews to boost business ratings).nnIt should throw up a couple red flags when the owner demands you stop defaming them after sharing a negative experience; like consumer reviews weren't invented for communicating with management when expectations aren't met.nnGo to a chain urgent care.

Just waited two hours past my appointment time. Finally a tech came in and asked why I was there. Turns out they thought I was there for lab results they couldn’t find (I was there for a simple checkup). Finally doctor comes in and I inquire about a medication he then goes on a sales pitch for different “programs” literally says typically $1000 but here it’s $600. Finishes with a whole sales pitch and asks me to “tell my friends”. I just left at that point getting liters nothing done. Then I get a call from my pharmacy and he had called in medication for stuff he just prescribed last week, as in duplicates. Don’t go here terrible spot waste of time and money, just trying to scam you into purchasing unnecessary and useless “programs”. Doctor really made me question if the techs were more qualified than he was.
