On Thursday I was thinking about a purchase but the item was 464 pounds and wanted to locate the item on my second floor. I called South Jersey Moving to ask if they could get the item where I wanted it and they told me they do it all the time. In addition, when I purchased the item on Friday they told me they could also pickup the item for me at the store, deliver it to my house and move it to the second floor for me. I didn't need them to pick up the item as I have a truck but would need their help to get it up the steps. Today is Saturday and the item has been safely taken from my pickup truck and moved the second floor of my house by noon! Wow what a service they provided, I couldn't have done this by myself! I also want to commend South Jersey Moving for the three employees who came to my house. I couldn't have expected them to be anymore courteous, friendly or respectful while here working at my house! I can say without reservation the next time I need help moving anything South Jersey Moving is the company I will contact. If a friend or family member asks for a recommendation it will be South Jersey Moving that gets my vote!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Do not use them!!! They didn’t show up on moving day!!!! I was making settlement at 9am they were supposed to be there at 830. Never showed. Rob stopped answering his phone and texts. The worst experience ever!!!! Message me if you want more details. Horrible company!!!!!

Rob was very helpful when we first called. He gave me all the changes up front. Men came and worked very efficiently and quickly. Nice and very respectful young men. Would definitely use them if we have another move.

Jose and his crew were on time, very professional, and very careful. I hired South Jersey Moving to relocate a very heavy item for me, which they wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap prior to moving it. Awesome company and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this company for all of your moving needs!

8/13 They came to our house an hour and a half outside the window they gave us. Went through our home with 5 guys all the while hugging and puffing. When we get back upstairs the crew went outside I suppose to complain and then decided they didn’t want the job and cancelled on us!!! They claimed the rain wasn’t safe. It’s literally spitting out. They had no options for rescheduling other than our actual settlement day. I am sorry your team is filled with lazy people who can pick and chose which jobs they want to take on the spot and then have no problem leaving the people with zero options. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I will be sure to leave a review on any place that allows for one. Do not trust this company with moving your entire home and then leaving you in a bind!! Moving is stressful enough!
