We recently had a major stucco repair job on the exterior of our condo building. The work was completed on time for a reasonable price with a high level of workmanship. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job replacing the stucco facade on our home. My wife and I bought a new home in 2008. 10 years later we discovered that the stucco facade was not installed correctly, and we had water damage behind the stucco. We hired Fine Line to remove and replace all of the stucco on our home. Not only was Mike far and away the most affordable of the contractors that we spoke to, but his professionalism, experience, and calm demeanor helped to set us at ease. Mike's crew did a fantastic job. They took their time to get things right, not cutting any corners, and still delivered the project ahead of schedule. Mike did not surprise us with any undisclosed additional costs throughout the project. The original estimate proved to be accurate, which was wonderful. Fine Line is very responsive and easy to work with. We had stucco failure resulting in water damage to our dry wall and wood floors.
