FORMATION sauna + wellness

Formation is a much needed healing oasis in our city. Philly finally has a chic wellness space that includes sauna!! YES. The space is so well done and the massage therapists are incredible. Is there anything worse than getting a mediocre massage? You never have to worry about that here. Do yourself a favor and book a sauna AND massage...such a yummy combo! And they offer soundbaths, meditation, and other really cool workshops as well. We're so lucky to have this beautiful, relaxing space in our city. I plan to be there on the regular!

I highly recommend the private sauna experience. It was very relaxing and safe as all precautions were followed. The space was beautiful and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for the much needed chill!

Highly recommend Formation - the space is beautiful (and super clean) and I had a great experience with the sauna. Wasn’t sure what to expect as I’d never done a traditional sauna spa before, but wanted to try something new. I’m glad I did. Felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. I’ll definitely be going back!
