Had my first session an Saturday and it went great! Alina is beyond the best! Super friendly and she knows her stuff. Made me comfortable from my free consultation to my first session. My first session was great they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had donna and she really made this process fast and relaxed because I was super nervous. The pain wasn't bad and she made me feel really comfortable. everything was on point. Super clean! Love the costumer service. They answer all your questions and they help with anything that you need and go over everything. Can't wait for my next session and see my tattoo fade. I definitely recommend anyone getting a tattoo removal or fading . This place is awesome. Thank you guys ❤

This was my second appointment and I am very pleased with how I have been treated here! They are very thorough and explain how to care for your skin before and after each appointment. Today I had Donna- she was excellent. Very friendly and made the process very painless both mentally and physically. They are punctual and text you updates and have an open line of communication.

Employees are amazing! Every step was explained thoroughly through the whole process. Employees have empathy to emotions of fear and make things as comfortable as possible. I have only completed my first session so I can only review my experience at this time. I will do another one once my tattoo is fully removed and I see the final results.

This location is awesome! All the employees are very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
