Nothing Bundt Cakes

Food is good, but they didn't call me when my pickup order was ready. I waited outside in the heat. I told them I would be just outside the front of the store. The entire storefront is glass, I'm sure they could see me...nnMy order is time-stamped, I can see it had been sitting there for 10 minutes. No idea why they couldn't just call or step out to let me know it was ready. They had other orders sitting on the table as well, I presume other customers they didn't call.nnThey ONLY do pickup now because of COVID, but if you order pickup from these guys don't expect them to call you when your order is ready.

I had ordered a 2 tier cake and 20 dozen budntinis for my wedding here in November. The staff was so easy to work with with letting us have a tasting and getting our order in for our May wedding. Fast forward to May this year, as Covid hit and we postponed and majorly downsized our wedding. Nothing budnt cakes was super understanding as issued us a refund on our cakes since we were downsizing. They called to double check the new order and date a couple times prior to the wedding to confirm and make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing cake, great staff, and good communication. Budnt cakes is one of my favorite dessert places and I would recommend using them for any type of event you may be planning!

Great selection of cakes!! Very nice and informative employees who know their stuff and are very good at explaining everything related to the cake making and time line associated with that. They have a ton of flavor choices as well as specialty flavors that there are also samples of at the store. I found this place by accident and ordered a cake here for a birthday and will definitely be a repeat customer. It is a great local shop and I look forward to the next time I can give them my business.

When I go in there I always get greeted by the staff. The gentleman that is there is so honest and treat s Veterans with much respect
