Tualitin Shari's is a clean restaurant. Service was fantastic, I think our server was Heidi. Whoever she was she definitely went above and beyond making our experience fun and memorable. Will be back there soon.

They were so nice and fast when I went by. A lot of places have that apocalypse burnout but not these people.

Today my family and I went to Sharis to have some breakfast and our waiter was having trouble with our order trying to put it in the computer and got a few stuff wrong. Everybody makes mistakes but they immediately brought a manger and asked what was wrong ? We kindly explained and a few moments later the manger kept asking sarcastically” what is the problem here?” “I don’t see anything wrong with it “nWe explained and asked if they could redo our burrito because only half of it had what it was suppose to have and the other half had burnt hashbrown. While the manager was trying to order the burrito he sarcastically talks to one of my family members “nWhat else don’t you you want in your burrito ma’am. That moment we knew we wanted to leave because instead of helping us we felt like we were being mocked. There was a easy fix and the manger did not know how to handle the situation at all.

Been here at Shari's seems like 100 times and I probably close. So many wonderful memories. With my kids and meeting clients over the years. Today, I am giving my 5 star rating.
